Activities Co-ordinator Level 1

INTRODUCTION:

These Activities Co-ordinator training courses are delivered by people with a long term background in activity co-ordinating, with a passion for improving the lives of others, our aim is to re vitalize experienced co-ordinators giving them a new outlook on what’s could be achieved, and to give new co-ordinators the correct tools to become effective in this role.

COURSE OUTLINE:

Activities Co-ordinator Level 1 Training Course


Certificate: Sensory Activities Coordinator

Includes:
Introduction to the benefits of sensory stimulation.
Help and advice on how to enhance current activities in care and introduction to new sensory activities.
Includes practical interactive activities.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

Appropriate clothing/footwear must be worn for practical sessions (see below)

  • full covered flat shoe
  • Clothing should be easy to move about in

Anyone who attends and is not wearing suitable Footwear and clothing will not be allowed to participate in the training session

All students must provide their own writing material and paper

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

We aim to provide a flexible approach to training for our customers, please read our booking terms & conditions detailed below.

  • Students that fail to attend a course will be invoiced at the full course rate
  • Cancellations giving 7 days notice from date of training, no charge
  • Cancellations giving less than 7 days notice, full course fees charged
  • Cancellations on the day or none attendance on the day a re-booking fee of £25 charged
  • Discounts are only applicable if invoice is paid in full within 30 days of invoicing
  • Students arriving 30 mins after course commencement will be classed as a non attendance and re-booking fee will apply
  • Invoices paid within 30 days
