INTRODUCTION:
This Bereavement & Loss Training course is a development course for all care workers, understanding and effectively responding to the needs of a dying person is a key skill and managing and coping with loss will be difficult for many staff. The rewards from attending this course will be more prepared staff working in a more sensitive and supportive way. This can only lead to a better quality of care for the dying person, and their loved ones.
