This is a mandatory course for all those working in care settings, Protecting clients and each other is a key responsibility. Cross infection, contamination and the environment can be controlled to reduce risk through adopting the good practice and information, which this course provides.

- Health & Safety in the workplace
- Control measures and cross contamination
- Outbreaks/action planning and safe working practices

- Cleaning agents controlling bacteria and fungus
- Skin and direct contact issues/handling medication
- Hand washing/technique and best practice
